Enjoy this delicious and refreshing Sangria

Ingredients for 1 litre of Cocktail / 4 glasses

  • 1 bottle of dry red wine
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 orange
  • Fruits of the day: Peaches, apples, grapes (200 grams total)
  • 25 grams sugar (or honey if you prefer)
  • 60 millilitres of Rum
  • 200 millilitres of freshly squeezed  orange (2 oranges)
  • ice cubes
  • 3/5 Vanilla Sticks
  • 3 cloves
  • Mint leaves

 

Directions

1/ Cut lemon, lime and oranges into rounds

2/ Cut all the other fruits into small cubes

3/ Pour all into a large glass pitcher, add the wine, the rum and the sugar

4/ Chill in refrigerator at least two hours (better one day)

5/ Adjust sugar or Alcohol to taste

6/ Add ice cubes and garnish with lemon
