Valérie was active on the Costa Brava and Costa Daurada with her teammate and started to work on the Costa Blanca in 2018. She works as a local independent partner.
Let me introduce myself
Originally from Belgium, with a degree in business management and administration, rigorous and passionate. I worked as a sales executive for almost ten years which has led me to travel all around Spain.
The Iberian Peninsula includes famous and lively destinations as well as quieter, unusual and charming places which deserve to be known. Spain is a diverse and fascinating country; I feel so lucky that I have had the opportunity to discover it but even more to prepare myself with the necessary knowledge to face the real estate market.
We are not a traditional real estate agency with a property portfolio, we propose a complete and personalized service to our customers. Thereby, we work as purchase managers who always defend the client’s interests.
My work consists of Guiding and accompanying our customers during all the purchase process until the deed signing with the notary.
I know very well the real estate market of Costa Blanca. This allows me to find exactly what our clients are looking for the property most appropriate according to their criteria.
I also help our customers to take the best decision in terms of area and environment when they do not know exactly where to buy their flat or house.
I do all the legal controls and verify that all the required documents are correct in order to be sure that our customers will not have any bad surprises at the moment of buying.
