Sabine is active in Costa Dorada since 2019 and lives in Spain since 2015. She is our local independent partner in this region. 

Let me introduce myself

I have travelled to different world places because I like it too much, I really enjoy to know different cultures, having meaningful adventures and acquiring new knowledge that will be useful for me during my personal and professional life.


As a result of my passion for travelling, I decided to do a higher technician in tourism which has allowed me to work in different areas related to the real estate market and more specifically in Costa Dorada. This place has given me sufficient experience to help our clients to find their requested property or to solve any problem that may happen during the purchase or signing deed.

I recently bought a house for myself as well, so I really know the importance of choosing the right place, how to move in the real estate market, and verifying that each criterion is just what the client prefers.


When you are a property finder, you must assume the role and try to do your best to guide and advise your clients to take the appropriate decision before buying. In this sense, we start a client searching process in the following way: first of all, understand what the client is looking for; second, we agree on an ´´exclusive mandate property hunting´´ with a downpayment of 690 euros in order to start with the searching process; once this is received, we use the entire market for searching properties which might suit to his/her criteria. After that, we do a pre-selection of the properties and we will be sending you a
detailed report for each one. Then, we prepare an agenda for two or three days with all the options that the client agreed to visit with the purpose of finding the target property.


We will be your counsellor and translator during the process. We always protect your interests by negotiating the conditions and price of the purchase. In this sense, we verify all the contracts and the property legality (free of debts). Additionally, we help you to get your NIE (This Identity number is demanded to buy a house in Spain), and a Spanish bank account and consequently, we also do the name changes for water, electricity and/or gas contracts.
