I have lived in Mijas Costa (Costa del Sol ) for more than 20 years and, besides being in love with this area, I know its neighbourhoods well, its streets, its unique buildings, its points of interest and the peculiarities of each area.
I must share my secret with you! I have not always been a real estate consultant. For years I was an Event Manager (private and corporate), a job that I was absolutely passionate about. But… In November 2017 (I’m very good with dates), I was given the opportunity to participate in the launch of a new built promotion and I didn’t think twice. I felt compelled to take the challenge!
To my surprise I soon came to realise that real estate agencies that I collaborated with, were bringing buyers who really were not looking for the type of housing I was selling, at all! They made them waste their time. So is when I decided that I would dedicate myself to helping others to find the house of their dreams, saving them time, inconvenience and, whenever possible, money. And that has been my obsession until today.
With management experience and a double profile: graduated in Tourism and an expert in Marketing and Events Management, the search and management of real estate, for me, is a systematic, rigorous, documented activity aimed to analysing the true value of the investment. My ability to understand people’s needs helps to execute each search in a personalised, selective and attentive manner. Due to my knowledge of the coast, my experience, analytical skills, dedication, level of information and contacts, I can be the ideal partner to find the house that you are looking for.
I will ease your purchase by taking care of all the necessary processes: review of documentation, registration at the local Property Registry, review of contracts, negotiation, property inspections, community services and anything related to the purchase of your new home.
