若您有打算住在西班牙，请提供西班牙的住址，及健康保险证明文件

若您是非欧盟公民，请提供合法入境西班牙的证明文件

取得文件后自行申请，或通过被授权的代表递交申请

西班牙境外，请至西班牙驻外领事机构申请

境內请至警察总局 (Police Directorate-General offices) 办理
